A manpower requirement is not complete when names are supplied. Mobilisation succeeds when competent people arrive approved, equipped and aligned to a ready workfront.
Define roles against the actual scope
Specify trade, grade, quantity, duration, shift pattern, location and reporting structure. Include required industry experience, certifications, language capability and tools. Distinguish mandatory competence from preferences to avoid screening the wrong profiles.
Verify the provider and each worker
Confirm the manpower provider's licence, insurance and employment responsibilities. Review identity, trade certificates, experience records, medical status and client-specific approvals for each proposed worker. Maintain a controlled mobilisation register.
Sequence access requirements
Map visa or work authorisation, security clearance, medicals, inductions, training and permit steps backward from the required start date. Some activities can run in parallel; others depend on approved documents. Assign owners and escalation dates.
Coordinate logistics and welfare
Transport, accommodation, meals, PPE and site movement affect attendance and productivity. Clarify who supplies each element and how shift changes will be supported. Ensure arrangements comply with applicable labour and client standards.
Manage change after arrival
Track attendance, competence, replacement needs and demobilisation. Changes should remain traceable to the approved requirement and provider commitment.
EZDAN GENERAL CONTRACTING & TRADING coordinates requirements through its project manpower capability, connecting provider coverage with site-readiness control.
